1. Prep by searching online for all the info you can get about the company and position that you applied for, and most of all: KNOW YOUR CV BY HEART!
2. Arrive 15 minutes earlier and always smile as you come inside. First impression sticks.
3. If you're offered a beverage, always accept it even if you have no intention to drink it.
4. Argument with FACTS AND FIGURES why you're a better discovery than the sliced bread. You're the best thing that is going to happen to them because you can lead the team to success, similar to what you did at your previous company where you finished the projects ahead of time and within budget.
5. An interview is a two way street: you have to assess if they're a good fit for you. Ask questions about the working hours, work-personal life balance, company culture, staff rewards and off-work activities.
